Delivery and Returns Information

Our aim is to provide the best value shipping and delivery for all our customers.


FOR NEW ZEALAND ORDERS:

Order Processing and Delivery:

Orders are typically mailed to you 1-2 working days after your payment has cleared.

We use Post Haste courier delivery tracked as standard. Delivery time is 1-3 working days.

Courier delivery is available for both non-rural and rural. Please check your address at Post Haste before selecting this option.

Free shipping on orders when subtotal is $90 and over, Sub-total excludes GST, Shipping and any discounts or credits.

Free shipping offer does not include wholesale orders, custom orders or completed pen sales.


Pick Up From Store:

Pick up by arrangement only, please wait until we contact you with pickup details.

Customs and Clearance Charges

Some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. These charges are calculated upon receipt of your shipment by the local customs. It remains the responsibility of each purchaser to pay any import or other charges as required. Native Pens advises you to inquire with your customs department for rates and limits before you place an order. 

Any additional charges are not included in our prices or freight calculations. These charges are not the responsibility of Native Pens.

We will not alter our documentation in order to defraud these agencies. Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. It's entirely the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that any goods ordered are not prohibited/restricted within the purchaser's delivery country.

Native Pens accepts no liability for the refund or replacement of any goods, or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by the Customs Office or other government body.


RETURNS:

To request a return of an item, please use the Returns page on our web site to lodge your Return. 

PLEASE BE SURE TO ADVISE US OF THE PROBLEM BEFORE RETURNING THE GOODS.

All our products carry a standard one-year Warranty as laid out under The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

PLEASE Check your Package carefully for any signs of damage. If our goods don't reach you in perfect condition please contact us within 7 working days.  In the event that the error is ours, We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, we will pay any return postage.

We will replace or refund you for any items that are no satisfactory.

Orders that result in a return for any other reason, e.g. wrong item ordered, refusal, etc., will incur return shipping charges. Such returns must be in new condition with original packaging. Any refund processed will be less the original shipping fee.
